  1. Currently, the Private toggle in Assessments is determined by the Agency's Sharing Group settings. Changing the Service/Programs/Assessments Placed sharing setting to Not Shared will make the Private toggle disappear on Assessments. This is inconvenient if Service/Programs/Assessments Placed needs to be set to Shared, but the Private toggle still needs to be absent from selected assessments.

  3. Many local partners are willing to accept an ID from HMIS, but only if it has the date of birth. Adding the DOB to the ID card would go a long way towards making the ID more useful for our clients.

  4. When a Textbox field is added to a screen, the field name will start to overlap with other fields on the screen if it is more than 20 or 30 characters long. This is particularly an issue for Users who have standard size computer monitors.

    This was tested using a Text field type with the same length field name, and no overlap occurred.

    Because communities often have field names needing to be longer than 20 to 30 characters, and sometimes more than the 255 character limit of Text fields is needed, please update Textbox field types so they do not…

  6. Customers make use of the "Excel view" in for reports in the Library to automated some of their own reporting. They may have created macros and/or templates to automate extraction of data from specific sheets and cells within downloaded Excel files. When formatting changes are made to the Excel files that breaks the automation.

    Customers understand it often becomes necessary to make formatting changes to the Excel view of reports in the Library. However, such changes must be communicated to customers in advance of the change.

  8. Prior to some enhancements, system admins had the ability to access other agency's screens via the URL without switching to that agency or adding it to the additional agency section.

    Our continuum is large and using the current enhancement will require us to add a large number of agencies...Please modify the logic to allow system admins the prior ability or add the option "All Agencies for System Admin" to the Additional Agency Access.

  9. When searching on the community queue, users would like to be able to search by score range. Currently, this is not available for custom assessment processors.

    This is already possible. System Admins should go to Setup > Settings > System Variables > Score Ranges, edit the custom assessment processor, and create he test score ranges to appear to the Mode/Score Ranges section in Referrals

  10. Presently, API roles cannot be viewed when using Manage>>Staff and searching for API. Please make users with API roles return in the search section.

  11. Currently, there is functionality to automatically expire referrals that originated in the Community Queue by adjusting the "Community Referral Threshold" in Referral Settings. But this setting does not apply to direct referrals. It would be good to either have this setting apply to direct referrals as well, or have a separate setting for direct referrals. Alternatively, it would be good to have the labels "Community Referral Threshold" and "Inactive Referral Expiration Threshold" adjusted to make it more clear that they are only related to the CQ. Documentation should be updated accordingly.

  12. We would like the client reports (like Client History report) to pull information based on the data sharing levels established in the system, rather than just pulling the information entered by your agency.

    So the Client History report for example would show the exact same information that you are able to see in the Client History tab.

    Pentaho/Canned Reports are developed with sharing settings designed to align with the sharing settings in Clarity. The only exception being if a user is granted access to an admin level report. 

  13. A customer has requested to have the ability to select certain reports in Clarity as "favorites" for quicker access to frequently used reports rather than navigating the report library to find particular reports each time.
