  1. Allow for the ability to reorder slots in the service setup. Currently they are limited to the order they were created in. This is an issue when trying to organize rooms that are created later but need to be grouped with other rooms within the same section.

  2. Allow for the ability to mark a slot offline (with a date range), as well as a dropdown for the reason offline (maintenance, staff use, etc). This should be able to be configured directly on the bed reservation page by the service provider without having to access the setup/management pages.

  4. Right now, assessments cannot be locked by access roles in such a way that someone can edit their own work but not others; it's currently set as either they can edit everyone in the agency, any agency, or not at all. We have some situations where it's helpful to allow our staff to revise things, but revising someone else's work (even accidentally) can cause issues. This, compiled with the issue where assessments can't quickly display who wrote them originally, leaves a lot of margin of error where colleagues could edit someone else's work either by mistake or (in grave scenarios)…

  5. Improved document management. We are moving towards being fully paperless which means uploading multiple PDF files to a client's enrollment. However, the existing system doesn't allow for searching or grouping files by file type.

  6. Services and Referrals that are on the templates the are already in the system should pull over into a copy of the template. This will ensure that all the correct Services and Referrals are on the template copy. Having to recreate these services and referrals take time away from the other work we already need to be doing.

  8. This includes being able to scan a client card to assign them to a reservation, as well as scanning the card to mark the client as present. For marking attendance, this should be set up in a way that allows a provider to continuously scan cards to mark attendance without having to change pages or click between clients. The goal is to use cards to increase the efficiency of the process and reduce time spent clicking on reservation slots.

  9. Allow for the option to set reservations without an end date. Currently an end date is required, and it is not always known how long the client will be staying in the bed. This is also to avoid providers having to extend reservations unnecessarily.

  10. Allow for notes to be recorded for all types of services, regardless of service delivery types. Perhaps this can be a new toggle in the service setup that will show/hide the notes box.

  11. Hello! In my organization, our Client Profile page has Fields we'd use multiple times in the same screen - reporting-wise they're different fields but essentially the same long picklist. For example, we have a dropdown of multiple languages for Primary Language, but that same list for Secondary Language. In cases like this, where the same or similar field would need to be in the same Screen, could we have a copy feature the same way we do for copying an entire Screen?

  12. Hello! I currently use Efforts to Outcomes (ETO), a rival database provider for nonprofits, but am in transition to Clarity. One feature that ETO users rely on that you could implement in Clarity to be more competitive with ETO would be their Delete Fakes feature. In short, staff in various providers will use the client last name Fake to identify a client that is fictional for training, testing, or other QA purposes (this makes it easier to filter out fake clients automatically as well).   13. Hi Clarity Devs,
    It would be helpful to have the ability to select the time at which a schedule report should run. Each time I schedule reports for a day, they haven't run by the time I'm up and need them around 6a. Allowing a user-specified time for the report to run instead of an arbitrary time on the selected date would solve this issue.

  15. Ability to track additional custom data elements per reservation that is specific to the client. This is meant to record additional information such as client’s medication needs, doctor appointments, temperature, contact information, etc). This is meant to be a quick way to keep track of client’s needs that are specific to their slot.

  16. Allow for the ability to mass-check-in clients. Similar to card reader functionality, we want the ability for a staff person to check in a large number of clients without having to click on the slots one by one and marking them as present. Ideally this would be some sort of check box on each slot with a select all option and then marking the attendance for those selected.
