[Access Role] Add 'Select All' Option
When creating an admin Access role (or any), users must individually check all rights options.
Idea: Add a "Select All" Option at the top of the "Rights" Section, where a user has the ability to select all options at once.

Batch Processing of Staff Accounts
It would be nice to have a method for mass updates to staff accounts. For instances with high staff account turnover (defined as either new/departing hires or frequent toggling of inactive accounts to active) when there is a need to update many accounts at at time (at times 50 or more), that is a lot of clicking in Clarity.
Could Bitfocus explore alternative means to staff account updates without the Clarity interface, say via a CSV upload?

Adding countries to core birth_nation field
The birth_nation field would be more useful to us if it included all countries. Would Bitfocus be open to adding options to this field so that it includes all countries from this list and communities don't have to build a custom field?

Page formatting when printing by the browser
When you want to print your screen the page does not configure correctly. The questions and words come out vertically. A workaround is by printing the page landscape, but can it be fixed so that it can be printed as a portrait without any issues.

Location Page Doesn't Show Full Addresses
Add "Address Line 2" as a column on the Location page so the full address (i.e. apartment number) is shown.

Warning pop-up that toggling on "Enable All Client Forms" will remove current forms in Agency Overview
Currently, if a system administrator toggles on and then toggles off "Enable All Client Forms" in Agency Overview, the system removes any forms that were previously added to the Client Forms section. I suggest adding a warning pop-up message for this action ("Warning: this action will remove all forms currently in the Client Forms section" or something like that).

Distinct Sharing Settings for Location and Contact
There are situations where customers may want different sharing settings for Location information and Contact information, but both features share the same sharing settings. Can these be separated?
Note that the Sharing settings for Contacts and Locations are labeled as just "Location". At a minimum, the label should read "Contacts/Location" to reflect the actual functionality.

[Data Sharing] Ability to lock client record at SA Level
When requested by a client, it would be beneficial to have the ability to lock down a client record at the System level, where only System Administrators can see the data regardless of whether the client has had data entered at multiple agencies.

Option to restrict users from adding Vendors
When selecting a vendor in the Service screen, the system currently allows the user to add an option not listed in the Vendor dropdown. It then adds the string the user typed in to the list of Vendor records for their agency. It would be nice to be able to enable/disable this capability for specific services.

Client Search returns matches in Middle Name field and/or Custom Fields, not just First/Last Name
Bronze medal solution: Client Search parses Middle Name field too
Gold medal solution: Create a setting to allow us to select which fields (including custom fields) that are searched by Client Search. Configure a random assignment referral setting for the Community Queue
We are using Clarity HMIS and our single Community Queue for our Emergency Rental Assistance Programs, and want to ensure clients are being equally referred without preference to the agencies administering the program. Our Homeless Prevention Programs Coordinator came up with the idea of a "lottery"-type referral process.
Would it be possible to configure something like a random “lottery”-type referral setting that would send an equal number of referrals to each Agency?

Include attendance services in "client interactions" in Client Model
The "client interactions" dimensions in the Client Model would be so much more helpful if they included attendance services. The purpose of the Client Model, partially, is to provide agencies the ability to do non-HMIS data analysis. But not including attendance services in the client interactions seems like a pretty major oversight and tremendously limits the usefulness of those dimensions. And it makes it much more difficult to do the types of non-HMIS analysis we are trying to do since currently it necessitates having to combine multiple different dimensions from different categories - all of which has its own complications.…

Referral Date
SF customer stated: The label “Referral Date” is confusing, especially on the Pending tab where there are multiple referral dates that it could be referring to. Would it be possible to change the display name to be “Date referred to queue” or something more specific? Just a suggestion.

Customize Order of Tabs on Program Enrollment
It would be useful to be able to set a workflow profile for programs like we set navigation profiles for the agency. We could modify the availability of tabs as well as the default tab after an enrollment is created or edited. For instance, the next tab, after an enrollment, might flow better if it were "Assessments" instead of "Provide Services".

In the Sent Referrals tab, a sort/filter for 'User' or 'User's Home Agency'
Some users would like to see only the referrals they have sent. In addition, if a centralized CES is being implemented where all agencies sudo one CE agency and enter all assessments and referrals there, this provides a way to drilldown to the actual user/agency that sent the referral.

Change Icon for Household level Profile Reports
In the King Co. HMIS a group of individual household reports are available under the HoH's Profile tab and accessed through the Printer Icon which is counterintuitive to find. Would it be possible to add/replace with the usual Report Grid icon used to access the general report library - for consistency?

Please make field constraints required to be "saved"
When you create a field constraint, and leave the screen, the field constraint will save, but will not included updated changes.
Example:
Field "Do you like to eat pizza" is set to only appear for the HoH for the program.
When creating the constraint you set it to "is HoH (program) =yes" and leave the screen to complete another task.
It looks like the screen is saved, but the constraint is still operating at "is HoH (program)"=no since "save" was not pressed after updating the field to "is HoH (program)"=yes.
Even though HoH is set to =yes, it was never…
