Please Add RHY fields: Employment Status, Dental Health Status, School Status, to the 'Status Update Screen' and 'Followup Screen'
As of now the RHY fields:
Employment Status, Dental Health Status, School Status, are collected on the 'Entry Screen' and 'Update/Exit Screen'.
Please add these fields to the 'Status Update Screen' and 'Followup Screen'.
The 'Status Update Screen' and 'Followup Screen': contain 'Mental Health Status', but not 'Dental Health Status'. Both Screens have 'Employment Type', and 'Employed: Why not' but don't have 'Employment Status'.

add two fields to GNRL-400
Update [GNRL-400] Program Linked Service Review to include the fields below;
added date: The date the service was added in HMIS

Search Community Queue by custom processor score range.
When searching on the community queue, users would like to be able to search by score range. Currently, this is not available for custom assessment processors.
1 voteThis is already possible. System Admins should go to Setup > Settings > System Variables > Score Ranges, edit the custom assessment processor, and create he test score ranges to appear to the Mode/Score Ranges section in Referrals

[Access Roles] View API Roles in Clarity
Presently, API roles cannot be viewed when using Manage>>Staff and searching for API. Please make users with API roles return in the search section.

add "Assigned Staff" column to the [HUDX-225] details/drill down
Please add "Assigned Staff" column to the [HUDX-225] HMIS Data Quality Report's [FY 2020] details/drill down.
Reason: user send the report to the respective "Assigned Staff." However, the user has to manually add this column the "Assigned Staff" column.

Make a copy of Assessment Processors
The ability to make a copy of Assessment Processors like you can make a copy of screens would make the process of creating custom Assessments much easier. This idea submitted to me by the Mid-Florida Homeless Coalition.

Add option to automatically expire direct referrals
Currently, there is functionality to automatically expire referrals that originated in the Community Queue by adjusting the "Community Referral Threshold" in Referral Settings. But this setting does not apply to direct referrals. It would be good to either have this setting apply to direct referrals as well, or have a separate setting for direct referrals. Alternatively, it would be good to have the labels "Community Referral Threshold" and "Inactive Referral Expiration Threshold" adjusted to make it more clear that they are only related to the CQ. Documentation should be updated accordingly.

Different Color for Training Site
It would be very helpful for my users if our training site had a very different color scheme from our live site. That would help prevent accidental entry of real data in the training site.

"Favorites" for reports
A customer has requested to have the ability to select certain reports in Clarity as "favorites" for quicker access to frequently used reports rather than navigating the report library to find particular reports each time.

User Policy Enforcement to allow Multiple User Policy Agreements
Allow User Policy Enforcement to be established for each CoC so each CoC in a multi-CoC instance can establish its own User Policy.
4 votesA new User Policy can now be added at any time via the Modify Staff Page, and previous versions will remain attached to the User Profile.
For instances supporting multiple CoC's, each CoC can now attach its own policy to a Staff account.

Direct control of Private toggle in assessments
Currently, the Private toggle in Assessments is determined by the Agency's Sharing Group settings. Changing the Service/Programs/Assessments Placed sharing setting to Not Shared will make the Private toggle disappear on Assessments. This is inconvenient if Service/Programs/Assessments Placed needs to be set to Shared, but the Private toggle still needs to be absent from selected assessments.

[REPORTS] Client Reports Pull Data Based on Data Sharing Settings
We would like the client reports (like Client History report) to pull information based on the data sharing levels established in the system, rather than just pulling the information entered by your agency.
So the Client History report for example would show the exact same information that you are able to see in the Client History tab.
1 votePentaho/Canned Reports are developed with sharing settings designed to align with the sharing settings in Clarity. The only exception being if a user is granted access to an admin level report.

The ability to turn cascading on/off at the field level has been released with the October 2021 Feature Updates.
