  1. Could a checkbox be placed on the profile page to indicate the client is an adult when a full DOB is not available, which could then trigger the required data elements to be collected? This would make it uniform across the board on how data is entered instead of using unrealistic dates, collecting adult data for a child or visa versa not collecting all the adult data.

  2. Some programs do not use a model where the enrolling staff person is the one the client is "assigned to." For example, our Front Door Triage program enrolls guests in shelter, at which point a responsible staff member is not known. The current behavior is that the staff person who completes the enrollment is the one who is "assigned," which is not accurate. (And it is currently used as a proxy for who did the enrollment, which is a terrible assumption - the enrolling staff should be listed on the history/program tab instead).   3. Currently, enrollment type care team members are not visible across agencies if the sharing settings for Service/Programs/Assessments data are turned off across agencies. It would be great to be able to see those Care Team Members without making all enrollment data visible--this would allow for greater coordination between providers in our community while still protecting clients' privacy.

  4. The birth_nation field would be more useful to us if it included all countries. Would Bitfocus be open to adding options to this field so that it includes all countries from this list and communities don't have to build a custom field?

  5. Files that are not specific to a program enrollment are uploaded to the Profile / Files tab. Sometimes staff make a mistake and upload them to the Program / Files tab. This can be fixed by edited the file and then deleting the link to the enrollment. Forms have the same potential error, but the link cannot be deleted. While we do not want to be able to change the form "name", we would like to be able to edit the form and delete the link if needed. It is very time-consuming to download a PDF of the form, delete…

  6. In the King Co. HMIS a group of individual household reports are available under the HoH's Profile tab and accessed through the Printer Icon which is counterintuitive to find. Would it be possible to add/replace with the usual Report Grid icon used to access the general report library - for consistency?

  7. For the new inventory module, we would like to use it with projects that have flexible inventory (such as scattered site housing and rapid rehousing). For this to work, we need to be able to delegate the setup of the inventory to different users who are managing the inventory (such as people who are working with landlords or doing other operations).

  8. We are trying to make our program intake process "paperless", by having staff scan and upload files to the client's enrollment. We want to be able to run a report and verify that all the necessary paperwork has been uploaded. With "Other" so easy to use, it does not work.

    Every file category has a file name which is always available, "Other". It allows staff to enter their own file name. It cannot be removed; it is part of every category as soon as you create it. "Other" is too easy to use. We have literally thousands of "other" files.…

  9. When you want to print your screen the page does not configure correctly. The questions and words come out vertically. A workaround is by printing the page landscape, but can it be fixed so that it can be printed as a portrait without any issues.

  10. We often have a need to add bed slots or move them around. Once added, it does not seem to be possible to reorder these slots, they just appear in the order they were created. On the attendance/reservation screen, you see the slots sorted by section and then the slot #, not a slot name (and you cannot change the slot number). If things are out of order accidentally or changed later, this becomes problematic in terms of how staff are viewing the attendance module.   14. When you create a field constraint, and leave the screen, the field constraint will save, but will not included updated changes.

    Example:

    Field "Do you like to eat pizza" is set to only appear for the HoH for the program.

    When creating the constraint you set it to "is HoH (program) =yes" and leave the screen to complete another task.

    It looks like the screen is saved, but the constraint is still operating at "is HoH (program)"=no since "save" was not pressed after updating the field to "is HoH (program)"=yes.

    Even though HoH is set to =yes, it was never…

  16. Just tried to add a new program and Clarity won't allow me to save it and only gives a red banner that reads "Please correct error" but nothing is underlined. How do I know what the error is?

  19. We would like to be able to record and reflect on individual service plans for staff to be able to better support their clients. We have evaluated the program goal template functionality and it pretty clearly doesn't do this. The functionality would need to support goals as written collaboratively by the staff and client (perhaps with categories) with steps and tasks - this is just good service delivery. The goals section - and hopefully the enrollment-level sidebar - should then show progress on these, what's next, etc.

  20. Services, service items, and reservation slots are specified with code numbers in a Clarity URL.

    It is possible to have a URL containing the number for a service, but a service item under a different service. In other words, a URL can contain a number for Service A but a service item under Service B. When this happens, the page will direct to the Service Item that is being specified (under Service B, in this example).

    It seems strange that the system doesn't recognize a potentially ambiguous request is being put to the server. An error or warning message that…
