   I agree. This should have been done as part of the 2019 HUD Data Standard improvements but was not for some reason. We have been waiting two years for this to work correctly for our Housing Navigation programs which are set up as Services Only programs. It requires direct service staff to do duplicate work which takes time away from other vital work they are doing.
