  1. Currently, the Private toggle in Assessments is determined by the Agency's Sharing Group settings. Changing the Service/Programs/Assessments Placed sharing setting to Not Shared will make the Private toggle disappear on Assessments. This is inconvenient if Service/Programs/Assessments Placed needs to be set to Shared, but the Private toggle still needs to be absent from selected assessments.

Thank you for your feedback. A feature or update related to this item has been released.

  2. We would like the client reports (like Client History report) to pull information based on the data sharing levels established in the system, rather than just pulling the information entered by your agency.

So the Client History report for example would show the exact same information that you are able to see in the Client History tab.

Pentaho/Canned Reports are developed with sharing settings designed to align with the sharing settings in Clarity. The only exception being if a user is granted access to an admin level report.
