  1. There are situations where customers may want different sharing settings for Location information and Contact information, but both features share the same sharing settings. Can these be separated?

    Note that the Sharing settings for Contacts and Locations are labeled as just "Location". At a minimum, the label should read "Contacts/Location" to reflect the actual functionality.

  2. When requested by a client, it would be beneficial to have the ability to lock down a client record at the System level, where only System Administrators can see the data regardless of whether the client has had data entered at multiple agencies.

  3. Currently, enrollment type care team members are not visible across agencies if the sharing settings for Service/Programs/Assessments data are turned off across agencies. It would be great to be able to see those Care Team Members without making all enrollment data visible--this would allow for greater coordination between providers in our community while still protecting clients' privacy.

  4. We would like a way to have the notes from multiple queues cascade to other queues. Often we have people willing to relocate, so they will be on multiple queues, it would be best to have open communication between all the queues, so we do not duplicate efforts.

  6. Allow System Admins the ability to mark profiles private, regardless if it is a shared profile or not, and allow access to only designated agencies.
