  1. A customer has requested the ability to run the APR for multiple selected programs or agencies with the same parameters all at once, but get separate reports for each program/agency as the output.

  2. A customer has requested the ability to have an indicator on the Profile screen that notes if a client is housed in their system. This could be done with the ability to deploy a Live Marker for "Housing Move-In Date Entered" on the profile screen or the creation of a new Live Marker that calculates a "housed" status across the system. This live marker in conjunction with the "Warning" functionality could provide a quick display of housed status.

  3. Some customers may be responsible for running 40-50 CAPERs at one time for the quarterly ESG CV submissions. Is there any way System Administrators can have “special permissions” to run multiple reports?

  4. I often times need to run the same report for all of our agencies. However, I am only able to schedule the report for 1 agency, when I attempt to schedule this for more then 1 it will override the previous agencies scheduled report.

  5. We regularly need to filter services by the staff who completed them. The Service Census (https://get.clarityhs.help/hc/en-us/articles/115002702508--GNRL-103-Service-Census) report includes this information as a drill-down in Web view, but no similar info in Excel - right where we need to filter it. Please either include this in Excel view automatically or as a drilldown format option.

  6. When a Clarity user leaves and agency, there should be a way to switch all clients on that user's caseload en masse and change them to another assigned staff member, rather than having to go to each client's program page individually.

  7. The Coordinated Entry Services have a very, very helpful "result" field that would be great to have in other types of Services. Agencies should be able to customize these. This would make Services actually helpful for tracking external referrals and connections to benefits, etc.

  8. This year, because of COVID, HUD has allowed communities to pull unsheltered PIT data from HMIS rather than conduct an in-person count. In California, 7 of the 44 CoCs chose to go this route. It would be helpful to have a pre-programmed system-wide report in Clarity to look at enrollments in SSO, SO, and CE programs where the prior living situation is unsheltered. There are other uses for such a report beyond the PIT, such as with identifying individuals for CE or for community-wide by-name lists.

  10. Objective: Only show relevant fields on report.

    1. If the field is hidden on the screen, then hide the field in the report.

    Reason: With the addition of the hide function on the screens, there might be fields that may not make sense to the end user and will display on the report.
    Outcome: Any field that is hidden on the screen will not show up on the report.

    1. If data is not applicable, then show "Not Applicable."

    Reason: There are fields that are not applicable to all project types and may not appear on the the screens. Also, the cascading…

  12. Our agency needs certain alerts to never expire until they are marked resolved. We use these alerts for safety concerns so it is critical that they come up when a client record is found by search or scan, until they are resolved. Currently, expiration date cannot be left blank. We propose that a checkbox/switch be added for "indefinite" that hides the expiration date (this could be an option at the agency level). Then when the alert is resolved, it can be edited to expire.

  13. For "Enterprise" users, we can choose exactly what permissions our users have for each tab in the client profile and enrollment pages. For the Agency Manager's "Manage" module, you get it all with no limits. Two examples: 1) We would like to be able to assign an Agency Manager that is not allowed to edit programs. 2) We would like an Agency Manager that can add/edit Services and add/edit Accounts, but nothing else.

  14. When editing a program and working with the program options in the the right column, (such as bed list or funding), once one of those options is selected you are unable to tell which program you are editing data for. It would be nice if the program title could carry into the screen you are working in within program admin.

  16. After creating a new Funding Source there isn’t a way to
    • Modify Funding Source and Funding Source Non Federal fields, they are grayed out or
    • I also can’t Delete Funding Source.

    We need to have Funding Source and Funding Source Non Federal fields and delete Funding Source option available.

  17. We know that staff creating/updating any screen (enrollment, assessment, service) is available in Looker. But it is completely baffling that this information is not immediately visible in the front-end of Clarity, from the history tab, etc. A supervisor or another program staff member should be able to click on a history tab, assessments screen, etc. and immediately see who completed a certain action. This is necessary for really basic management.

  18. It would be helpful to have a dollar amount column added to the [CLNT-102] Client History report so that TFA expenditures can be reported by client (instead of having to run a GNRL-400 Program Linked Service Review in which all clients in a program are included).
