Make All Unit Statuses on Display Card the Same Color
On the Inventory Dashboard, under the Status section on Display Cards, Active statuses currently show as Blue; Inactive and Offline statuses, by contrast, are grayed out---even when an Inactive/Offline status is the current status. It would be helpful if all statuses were the same color and none were grayed out, so that end users are able to focus on what the most recent status truly is by its order in the list.

Option in access roles that restricts edit access to possibly just your own work (or option to label staff completing in assessment history)
Right now, assessments cannot be locked by access roles in such a way that someone can edit their own work but not others; it's currently set as either they can edit everyone in the agency, any agency, or not at all. We have some situations where it's helpful to allow our staff to revise things, but revising someone else's work (even accidentally) can cause issues. This, compiled with the issue where assessments can't quickly display who wrote them originally, leaves a lot of margin of error where colleagues could edit someone else's work either by mistake or (in grave scenarios)…

family_members live marker to count 1 for single person households
Currently, the family_members live marker only counts households where there are 2 or more people. If there is a single person, the live marker counts zero. We would like the live marker to count 1 in that case. This is important because household size is used for CE assessment scoring and matching. Using the live marker would be the easiest way to maintain.

Allow for unit assignment to occur by provider at referral acceptance
Allowing providers to assign units at the acceptance of referrals will minimize the administrative burden of connecting an enrollment to the specific unit after enrollment completion. This is particularly helpful in emergency shelters.

Change the name of the program you are referring to
Numerous occasions have come up where an agency submits an opening for one of their housing projects, and the referral is made through our coordinated entry process. Later we find out that they reported the wrong project and it would be easiest if we could just switch the project name on the referral, rather than re-submitting a new referral, which is how it currently works.

Add the ability to attach file to client level referrals.
I'd love to see the ability to attach a file (pdf, word, etc.) to a client level referral. This would allow for the agency/staff who receive the referral to have needed information immediately (example: application for program)

Add HUD specified fields to non-HUD specified collection points
Communities sometimes have the need to track Profile screen data and HUD data in other non-HUD specified collection points, which means adding these existing fields to additional screens and being able to report on those additional collection points. Please consider this update.

Create flexibility to add an Email Address not associated with a user account to receive program notifications
Use case: many programs have a general email address that is shared across program staff. These shared email addresses are often used to manage referrals to a program to make sure they are addressed as soon as possible.
Currently, an additional user license would be needed to associate the email address with in order to receive notifications. In this case, the email notifications would be the only reason for the license. Ideally, this functionality would be available without using a user license.

Improved Document Management/Files in Clarity - Search and Group Functionality

Pre-validation of HUD reports in Clarity
It would be great if certain HUD reports can be "pre-validated" in Clarity (run against some known HUD validation checks). This could save users time when submitting to HDX (1 or 2) or Sage, if they know right away that there is a problem with their file/report. They would not even have to "waste time" submitting a problem file to HUD but be prompted to fix errors right in Clarity.

Add Hidden Field Option to Encampment Screen
Many communities are using the Encampment Screen to complete encampment assessments that may include scoring. Encampment screens are not compatible with assessment processors. To help improve options for scoring, I'd like to recommend the use of hidden fields. Hidden fields are commonly used in complex assessment design and this option would create more flexibility to configure scoring within the encampment screen.

copy services across agencies/ ability to copy service taxonomy
It would save a lot of time to have a service template that allows us to apply a uniform set of services to multiple agencies rather than recreating them under each agency management screen. Also, when creating a service taxonomy, we cannot copy one that is already established and make minor tweaks like we can with screens.
